We set out to create an exceptional web experience for both the able-bodied and persons with impairments. We worked closely with the National Center for Accessible Media and with physically and cognitively impaired users to build an experience that not only felt modern and responsive but also upheld the standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. On both mobile and desktop, users interacted with the tools to change the way content was being displayed. Users adjusted contrast, text size, turned on closed captioning, simplified text, and changed the language. Although the backend was complex, each version of the site was simple and easy to use. That level of customization meant ensuring layout and interactions remained consistent and flexible across over 900 different variations of the site. And we’re making all of our site’s code open-source, allowing our accessibility tools to be used all over the world.

  • Clients: Lexus, American Airlines, PNC, Amazon, YouTube, McDonald’s (Black, Hispanic, LGBTQ+ segments): Produce integrated campaigns for high-profile brands, managing digital and print marketing executions and events.

Saatchi & Saatchi | Sr. Platform Producer (Web)

  • Clients: Toyota North America & Toyota Motor Company (Japan): Led the Build & Price Tool redesign on Toyota.com, improving customer experience and site functionality. Managed digital campaigns for the Prius Prime vehicle launch and Camry Watch app for iWatch/Android Wear. Co-led the development of Toyota’s Global Olympic Site. Oversaw web content strategy and cross-channel messaging.

  • Clients: Lexus and Pimco Investment Management:

    Developed and executed email marketing campaigns, digital banners, and interactive rich media units.

Kaster & Partners | Sr. Integrated Project Manager

  • Client: Red Bull: Managed the print, digital, and experiential marketing efforts to drive audience engagement and participation for the Red Bull Air Race and Flugtag events across North America.

Quigley-Simpson | Sr. Integrated Project Manager:

  • Client: Southern California Edison: Led all Integrated projects for the Business and Residential programs, including educational letters, brochures, bill inserts, mailers, emails, banners, landing pages, radio, and broadcast spots.  

Bugaboo | Retail Project Manager:

  • Client: Bugaboo North America: Managed the development and execution of all Retail Window and In-Store “Shop-In-Shops” displays throughout North America. Oversaw all production of collateral and store fixtures, including creative development, print buying, press checks, and distribution. Coordinated all installations and launch events between account managers and retailers.

Mattel, Inc. | Producer (Print and Event Management)

  • Brands: Barbie® (I Can Be: Career of the Year Dolls), Barbie® Fashion Model Collection, Fashionistas, and Monster High: Produced print materials, trade show booths, and events for high-profile product launches such as Barbie® Career of the Year and Monster High. Oversaw event logistics, signage, giveaways, and trade show displays, with a focus on cross-channel marketing and consumer engagement.

Universal Studios Hollywood | Project Manager

  • Internal Clients: Sales, Public Relations, Latino Marketing, Operations, Special Events, Employee Services, Front Gate, HR, Youth & Education, Food and Retail: Managed all advertising and marketing campaigns. Supervised an internal creative staff of five (art director, designers, and production artists) and managed two outside creative agencies.
